Requirements
- Strong professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Solid understanding of modern web application architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, including advanced features.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript and React.
- Experience designing solutions using monoliths, microservices, and serverless architectures.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and scalable solution architecture.
- Experience working with complex database queries and aggregations.
- Practical experience with software testing and quality assurance practices.
- Familiarity with code quality metrics and engineering standard processes.
- Hands-on experience with application deployment patterns and Docker.
- Experience configuring infrastructure and applications in AWS.
- Knowledge of Kafka and event-driven or distributed systems is desirable.
- Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to technical hiring.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex web applications using established architectural approaches and best practices.
- Build and optimize high-performance applications across the frontend and backend for scalability and maintainability.
- Apply appropriate API architectures and design patterns including monoliths, microservices, and serverless.
- Improve engineering and quality standards within the team and help colleagues adopt best practices.
- Create CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps on complex deployment pipelines.
- Contribute to application deployment and infrastructure configuration using containerization and cloud-based solutions.
- Participate in technical hiring processes and candidate evaluation.
- Coach and support mid-level and junior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot challenges and evolve engineering practices.
