Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in a technical role.
- College degree in a related field.
- Expertise in coding in C#.
- Experience with ASP.NET framework.
- Proficiency in XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in MSSQL.
- Experience managing cloud software solution environments.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently as a driven self-starter.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong desire to learn RTSM capabilities and new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute the strategy and vision for setting up and maintaining demo environments.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Services teams.
- Set up and maintain RTSM master demo environments, including RTSM connections.
- Identify opportunities and solutions for automating and scaling technical operations.
- Act as project manager to help coordinate resources and activities related to technical initiatives.
- Become an expert RTSM user and administrator by staying up to date on the latest features.
- Assist with configuration and preparation required for sales opportunities.
- Educate and train the Solution Consulting team on new features, configurations, and technologies.
