Requirements
- 7+ years of experience owning organic social for a recognized brand.
- Proven track record building and growing engaged audiences.
- Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Specific experience creating content for professional audiences on LinkedIn.
- Comfortable with both high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use performance insights to inform strategy.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of internet culture and trends with the ability to translate them into brand-appropriate content.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass, from campaign kickoff and content development through launch, publishing, and optimization.
- Develop and manage social content primarily across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, tailoring creative and storytelling to each platform and audience.
- Partner closely with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and other cross-functional teams to develop compelling social concepts and ensure social is integrated throughout campaign planning and execution.
- Use social performance data and audience insights to continuously refine content, formats, and channel strategy, clearly communicating learnings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Contribute to evergreen and ad-hoc MasterClass social initiatives while helping develop AI-enabled frameworks and workflows that make our social organization more creative, effective, and efficient.
