Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience delivering data analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization solutions.
- 3+ years of external consulting experience with ownership of client-facing analytics projects.
- Demonstrated expertise designing and delivering analytics solutions with Sigma, including workbook development and self-service analytics.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud data warehouses, semantic models, and analytical data structures.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, metric definition, visualization design, and analytics architecture.
- Experience establishing or operating Sigma governance practices, including access management and platform administration.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear analytical requirements.
- Exceptional customer-facing communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for learning new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analytics workstreams, owning planning, requirements, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and adoption for Sigma solutions.
- Own the technical approach, backlog, and sequencing of work to deliver high-quality, scalable analytics solutions.
- Facilitate client working sessions to clarify business needs, define requirements, and align stakeholders on priorities.
- Design and develop Sigma workbooks, dashboards, governed datasets, and self-service analytics experiences.
- Apply SQL and data modeling practices to connect Sigma solutions to cloud data warehouses and analytical data structures.
- Establish quality standards and review solutions for technical quality, usability, performance, and scalability.
- Recommend governance, security, access, and operating-model practices for enterprise-scale Sigma adoption.
- Manage client expectations through clear status reporting, communication, and risk escalation.
- Mentor consultants and contribute to staffing, utilization, budget management, and project performance.
