Requirements
- Proven track record of success as a sales leader.
- Experience selling platform solutions.
- Experience in the Contact Center, CPaaS, or Data/Martech space.
- Customer-focused and metrics-driven approach to coaching and developing account executives.
- Experience hiring senior/enterprise-level account executives and managing their performance.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations.
- Experience planning and executing Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including engineering leaders, product managers, and entrepreneurs.
Responsibilities
- Support the successful sale of multi-product solutions to existing customers and onboard large enterprise customers.
- Retain and grow existing revenue through strategic account management.
- Generate new pipeline through cross-sell/up-sell motions and outbound SDR-led campaigns.
- Collaborate with AEs and business partners to land complex deals and build C-Suite relationships.
- Run a daily/weekly/monthly operating cadence to drive accountability and achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and share best practices across the Twilio.org team.
