Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of proven experience managing programs, processes, and change management in a technology-focused environment.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes.
- Organized and strategic approach to collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams.
- Track record of successfully implementing frameworks at scale.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills.
- Experience in FinTech, Payments, or Commerce is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive complex, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible transformation & operational programs.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on strategy, priorities, and key decisions.
- Implement lean processes and drive towards better ways of working.
- Establish and run data-driven operational frameworks to view portfolio performance against OKRs.
- Develop communication strategies to ensure critical information flows seamlessly across the organization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to plan change requirements, identify risks, and manage dependencies.
- Identify and distill needs and experiment with new ideas to address systemic inefficiencies.
