Requirements
- 4+ years in GRC, compliance, or a technical role supporting cybersecurity programs.
- Proven experience leading programs and guiding or mentoring others.
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or FedRAMP.
- Hands-on audit experience.
- Technical depth in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs, and data flows.
- Hands-on experience with GRC or compliance-automation platforms (e.g., LogicGate, ServiceNow, Drata).
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate technical compliance concepts to engineering and leadership teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical SME and primary point of contact for the Trust and Assurance team to guide technical decisions.
- Manage the compliance stack, including control mapping, evidence collection, and integrations between GRC and cloud platforms.
- Translate technical controls into automated, continuous checks to expand monitoring coverage.
- Ensure audit readiness by maintaining accountable owners for every control and supporting gap assessments.
- Partner with engineering teams to embed compliance requirements into their development workflows.
- Manage initiatives to completion and communicate compliance risk and status to diverse stakeholders.
