Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business).
- Four years of work experience in this or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on data warehouse processes and business requirements gathering.
- Strong business knowledge and principles.
- Proficiency in using Visio for process mapping.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with metadata management and data lineage documentation (preferred).
- Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques (preferred).
- Experience developing and delivering training programs for federal clients (preferred).
- Experience in Medicare and/or Medicaid fraud, waste, and abuse or program integrity work (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements for existing data warehouse processes and applications through interviews with technical experts and SMEs.
- Schedule and conduct walkthroughs and business reviews to validate requirements.
- Identify, validate, and document metadata usage and data lineage.
- Map business process flows using Visio and recommend solutions based on research.
- Conduct root cause analysis and document findings to drive defect resolution.
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs and materials for federal IT systems.
- Guide and advise less experienced team members within assigned applications.
- Provide outstanding service to customers to ensure needs are met efficiently.
