5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with at least 3 years in email marketing design.
Expert-level Figma proficiency, including building and maintaining component libraries.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity.
Proven ability to produce ad images, animated GIFs, and short video edits.
Established portfolio of effective, on-brand design work for various niches.
Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating other designers.
Ability to provide specific, actionable written design feedback.
Ability to manage and reorganize team workloads efficiently.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Reliable remote work experience, ideally across time zones.
Consistent availability Monday to Friday between 3 and 6 PM Barcelona time.
Ability to work 30-35 hours per week (140 hours per month).

Review design work for quality before client submission, providing specific, actionable feedback.
Diagnose design performance issues and provide clear, corrective instructions to the design team.
Manage and distribute the weekly team workload, rebalancing tasks as priorities shift.
Advise Account Managers on visual campaign strategy and push back on thin briefs.
Design directly when required, maintaining consistency across various client brand identities.
Mentor and onboard designers, facilitating group calls and 1-on-1 development sessions.
Document and optimize team processes, workflows, and handoff procedures.
