Requirements
- Strong design skills and a strong portfolio
- Comfort creating for social media, not just print
- Good writing instincts and an eye for detail
- Reliable and able to work independently
- C2-level written and spoken English (hard requirement)
- Ability to write and proofread social posts, newsletters, and internal communications
- Submit application, resume, and portfolio in English
- Photo retouching and basic video editing (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Create social media posts for our recruiting and culture channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, and more)
- Design internal communications: employee shoutouts, leaderboards, incentive announcements, newsletters
- Build recruiting and employer-brand content that features real employees and real stories
- Support marketing materials across print and digital as needed
- Keep our visual style consistent across everything you touch
- Proofread and polish copy so it reads clean and sounds like us
