Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting for G&A and Sales/GTM roles.
- Experience working within SaaS or tech scale-ups is preferred.
- Competence using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles across different clients.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
- Must be based in Spain.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end hiring process across Business and Go-To-Market functions including People, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles.
- Build and maintain pipelines of top G&A and GTM talent using sourcing tools and strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements, interview processes, and hiring decisions.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and thoughtful feedback.
- Use recruitment data to monitor progress, report on hiring outcomes, and suggest improvements.
- Adapt to changing priorities and pace in high-growth, client-driven environments.
