Requirements
- Proven track record as a Founding Designer, Lead Designer, or early employee at a high-growth startup.
- Portfolio demonstrating technical product thinking (user flows, wireframes, conversion psychology).
- Exceptional visual craft including custom illustration, branding, typography, and game UI.
- Expert-level fluency in Figma, including auto-layout, variables, and design system architecture.
- Deep understanding of online gaming culture, skin marketplaces, or crypto-native UI dynamics.
- Ability to work collaboratively across standard US timezones.
- Experience with motion design tools like Rive, Lottie, or After Effects preferred.
- Experience with 3D modeling tools like Blender, Cinema4D, or Spline preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the product experience end-to-end from low-fidelity wireframes to pixel-perfect interactive prototypes.
- Define the brand DNA including custom 2D/3D illustrations, iconography, and high-energy visual assets.
- Architect conversion-focused, gamified interfaces for mystery box openings and redemption flows.
- Develop and scale a core Figma design system and component libraries for rapid development.
- Collaborate directly with frontend engineers to provide responsive specs and micro-interaction documentation.
