Requirements
- US Citizenship required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (equivalent professional experience considered).
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse).
- Proven ability to build complex Canvas and Model-Driven apps and integrate with external data sources.
- Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) and governance.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure PaaS, and SQL databases.
- Expertise in at least one scripting/programming language (C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, or SQL).
- DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+) is required.
- Experience with data/document migration and integration.
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Dataverse.
- Develop automation workflows using Power Automate to address enterprise needs.
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft ecosystem services including SharePoint Online, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database.
- Lead all phases of the solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership as the Power Platform SME and manage governance via the CoE toolkit.
- Conduct thorough unit testing, debugging, and quality assurance for all delivered solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical design documents and user guides.
- Provide ongoing support, performance monitoring, and security maintenance for deployed systems.
