- Minimum 2 years of experience working with an employment law firm in the United States.
- Strong hands-on experience with U.S. employment law and litigation.
- Experience with EEOC charges and federal/state employment agency matters.
- Proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
- Strong experience managing discovery and document production.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 or comparable cloud-based business tools.
- Advanced hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven employment stability with at least two years of tenure in prior roles.
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys with employment law matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour disputes.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and legal correspondence.
- Assist with EEOC, state agency, and administrative charge matters.
- Manage discovery processes including document collection, review, organization, and production.
- Prepare materials for depositions, mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
- Submit court and agency filings through electronic systems.
- Track statutes of limitation, administrative deadlines, and case milestones.
- Maintain digital case files and utilize case management software.
