Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery.
- Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
- Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives.
- Design for engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale.
- Create and iterate on visual content including image and video to support product and marketing surfaces.
- Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts.
- Communicate design reasoning clearly and collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership.
