Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences for AI agents from concept to shipped UI/UX across Qonto.
- Turn ambiguous problems into clear product flows through discovery, prototyping, and iteration.
- Run user research including interviews and tests, translating insights into design decisions.
- Partner daily with engineers and product managers to ship features quickly with high quality.
- Define interaction patterns for AI including prompting, guardrails, and error states.
