Requirements
- 3+ years of directly related experience in a compliance role
- Substantial knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and day-to-day compliance affairs
- Strong experience in corporate onboarding and different corporate structure types
- Proficiency in compliance applications such as Worldcheck
- Knowledge of local laws, directives, and virtual currency policies
- Ability to write effectively
- Superior organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- ACAMS certification is desirable
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of escalation and subject matter expert for Corporate onboarding cases
- Lead special assignments and projects
- Lead ad hoc QA checks to support the regional team
- Identify and propose procedure and process enhancements
- Assist with ongoing compliance assessments, reviews, and ad hoc reviews
- Collaborate with MLROs, Account Managers, VIPs, and other key stakeholders
- Conduct customer risk assessments, periodic/trigger reviews, and enhanced due diligence
- Identify and document unusual activity or AML flags
- Participate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT
