Requirements
- 3-5 years of prior project management and planning experience.
- Experience managing cybersecurity, IAM, or data security projects in consulting, professional services, or enterprise IT environments.
- Working knowledge of security delivery lifecycles, including assessment, design, implementation, testing, and remediation.
- Familiarity with cloud security concepts (CNAPP, CWPP, DSPM) and public cloud hypervisors (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with identity security concepts (IAM, IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, RBAC).
- Familiarity with data security concepts (data discovery, classification, DLP, governance).
- Strong ability to manage client expectations regarding scope, schedule, budget, and satisfaction.
- Ability to manage technical and business stakeholders through risk and compliance-related decisions.
- Proficiency in creating executive-ready status reporting, action plans, and documentation.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: PMP, CSM, ITIL, Security+, CISSP, or equivalent credentials.
Responsibilities
- Act as engagement lead on customer security engagements.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and client communications.
- Lead cybersecurity projects in identity, access, and data protection domains.
- Coordinate project execution across consultants, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Drive client governance cadences including kickoffs, status meetings, and steering updates.
- Ensure projects follow delivery standards, documentation requirements, and quality gates.
- Manage team members, provide performance feedback, and staff projects appropriately.
- Forecast financial requirements, quote services, and track budget expenses.
