Requirements
- 5+ years in an analytics role delivering analysis to business stakeholders.
- Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or Redshift.
- Tableau experience building and maintaining production-grade dashboards.
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end analytics projects.
- Experience defining KPIs, scorecards, and performance reporting for leadership.
- Experience with customer behavior analysis such as retention, churn, cohort, and LTV.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in using AI as an execution partner while maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate open-ended questions into scoped analytical problems.
- Recommend analytical approaches, including determining when to build reusable data assets versus one-off pulls.
- Own analytics projects from intake through delivery and adoption independently.
- Source, validate, and model data using SQL to create analysis-ready datasets.
- Build and maintain production-level Tableau dashboards.
- Translate data findings into clear narratives for non-technical and senior audiences.
- Document methodology, assumptions, and limitations to ensure reproducibility.
