Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
3+ years of combined experience in engineering, product development, or technical program/project management.
Ability to discuss design tradeoffs, system architecture, and debugging with engineers.
Demonstrated daily experience using AI coding assistants, generative tools, and automated workflows.
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage concurrent projects and project timelines.
Understanding of Agile practices and methodologies.
Experience with industrial or heavy industry environments preferred.
Knowledge of oil and gas, hydraulic theory, fluid dynamics, or advanced control preferred.

Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, story pointing, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, develop project plans, define milestones, and optimize resource allocation.
Leverage AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and LLMs daily to accelerate project management.
Identify and resolve technical or procedural dependencies to maintain delivery velocity.
Identify opportunities for internal productivity improvements through tooling, standardizing processes, and documentation.
Ensure deliverables meet safety and reliability standards for heavy industry environments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and manage expectations.
Develop trust-based relationships with client-side technical leads and plant managers.
Align cross-functional teams to ensure a unified delivery approach.
