Requirements
- Significant experience in backend engineering with Python (Flask/FastAPI).
- Architectural mindset with experience designing systems, planning complex migrations, and sequencing rearchitectures.
- Deep understanding of schemas, data normalization, query design, and type systems.
- Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, including indexing, query planning, and relevance.
- Demonstrated experience shipping LLM-backed or agentic features to production.
- Experience debugging latency issues and owning critical systems.
- Ability to work across multiple languages (e.g., Go, Rust, or TypeScript) when necessary.
- A builder's mindset, focusing on shipping functional versions quickly.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for code generation and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Rearchitect the core CRM data model to improve how leads, contacts, opportunities, and custom objects relate.
- Build tools and endpoints to expose CRM data and actions for AI agents.
- Ship AI-native CRM features such as agentic enrichment, data cleaning, and AI-powered search.
- Optimize hot paths for performance to ensure speed during lead and deal management.
- Design and execute migrations for complex legacy systems without service disruption.
