Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or analytics roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with BI tools such as Domo or Power BI.
- Experience working with ERP or procurement systems (preference for SAP).
- Strong experience with spend analysis, cost modeling, and financial data analysis.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and executive-ready materials.
- Experience building or improving data structures, reporting frameworks, or analytics capabilities (preferred).
- Experience partnering with Finance on cost tracking, budgeting, or savings validation (preferred).
- Familiarity with commodity markets, cost indices, or supply market analysis (preferred).
- Exposure to SQL, Python, or advanced analytics tools (preferred).
- Experience evaluating or implementing digital or AI-enabled procurement tools (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Analyze spend, volume, and supplier data across categories to improve cost visibility.
- Develop cost models, pricing analyses, and total cost of ownership frameworks.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting for procurement KPIs.
- Partner with Finance to ensure accurate tracking, validation, and actualization of cost savings.
- Build and scale data structures, reporting frameworks, and procurement tools.
- Deliver market research, inflation trends, and cost driver insights to support category strategies.
- Analyze and track supplier performance using KPIs and scorecards.
