Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering
- 1+ year applying GenAI in production
- Proven experience building or researching agent frameworks or tool-using LLMs
- Proven experience with memory and retrieval systems such as RAG and vector databases
- Expert Python development skills
- Familiarity with openclaw and Claude Code harness architecture
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive ambiguous problems to clarity
- Ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or AutoGen (preferred)
- Experience designing LLM evaluations and safety guardrails (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced multi-step reasoning agents including tool use, planning, and reflection loops
- Develop frameworks for multi-agent coordination and task decomposition
- Architect short-term and long-term memory subsystems using retrieval-based and hybrid approaches
- Build automated evaluation pipelines for agent performance, including synthetic data and adversarial testing
- Translate latest research into production-grade systems and iterate through rapid experimentation
