Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Medical License in state of primary residence and Arizona.
- 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Advance Practice Provider.
- Valid DEA License.
- Proficiency in trauma-informed approach and harm reduction modeling.
- Data Waivered or willingness to learn OUD treatment.
- Patient-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fully-remote, quiet, dedicated home workspace.
- Reliable internet connectivity for telemedicine.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluations for General Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder across all age spectrums.
- Manage psychopharmacological treatment for all diagnosed conditions.
- Provide medication-assisted treatment for OUD in active withdrawal or recovery.
- Deliver supportive psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
- Coordinate care between psychiatry, substance use treatment, and medical services.
- Support scheduled and walk-in patients via telemedicine.
- Complete validated rating scales, documentation, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including PCPs, pediatricians, and counselors.
