Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted Medical License in state of primary residence and Arizona.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Advance Practice Provider.
  • Valid DEA License.
  • Proficiency in trauma-informed approach and harm reduction modeling.
  • Data Waivered or willingness to learn OUD treatment.
  • Patient-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fully-remote, quiet, dedicated home workspace.
  • Reliable internet connectivity for telemedicine.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluations for General Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder across all age spectrums.
  • Manage psychopharmacological treatment for all diagnosed conditions.
  • Provide medication-assisted treatment for OUD in active withdrawal or recovery.
  • Deliver supportive psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
  • Coordinate care between psychiatry, substance use treatment, and medical services.
  • Support scheduled and walk-in patients via telemedicine.
  • Complete validated rating scales, documentation, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including PCPs, pediatricians, and counselors.
