Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in automation as an Automation, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineer.
- Track record of deploying automation solutions (machines) in the field.
- B.Sc. in Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or similar field.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to work self-directed and solution-oriented.
- Experience in customer interaction and client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of total time.
- English proficiency.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute and document feasibility studies for new product lines.
- Manage the specification and project development of new automation solutions.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from invention through maintenance in collaboration with management and partners.
- Supervise the machine build process during manufacturing.
- Manage installation, integration, and ongoing maintenance of machines.
- Conduct problem analysis and provide support via remote diagnostics and on-site visits.
