Job Details

Hands-on experience administering Windows Server, including configuration, patching, troubleshooting and health monitoring.
Practical experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS, including virtual machines, networking, storage, backup and monitoring.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory, including identity lifecycle, synchronisation and access management.
Administration and support experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange.
Good knowledge of DNS and general enterprise infrastructure services.
Experience with ITSM processes, including incidents, service requests, changes and CAB governance.
Experience using Azure DevOps boards or similar tools to manage technical work.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Clear communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to work independently across on-premises and cloud environments.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Availability to work UK hours from Portugal according to an agreed schedule.

Administer Windows Server environments running across VMware and Azure.
Manage Azure IaaS virtual machines, networking, storage, backup and monitoring.
Manage Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory identity lifecycle, synchronisation and access.
Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange.
Support DNS, Dynamics infrastructure and other general platform services.
Participate in incident, service request and change management processes.
Perform root-cause analysis and contribute to CAB-approved changes.
Improve infrastructure and automate repetitive tasks and provisioning using tools such as PowerShell, Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines.
