Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in information security, IT audit, or compliance consulting.
- Strong working knowledge of SOC 2 Type I/II and ISO/IEC 27001 frameworks.
- Experience participating in or coordinating third-party security audits.
- Technical proficiency with AWS, GCP, or Azure and SaaS architecture concepts.
- Understanding of identity and access management controls.
- Proven ability to manage multiple parallel engagements and shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for aligning technical teams, executives, and auditors.
- Flexibility to work across EU and US working hours.
- CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 certifications are preferred.
- Experience with compliance automation platforms or B2B SaaS is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the audit journey for an assigned portfolio of global customers from gap assessment to closure.
- Assess security controls, cloud environments, and organizational policies to identify implementation gaps.
- Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and DevOps teams to create risk-based remediation plans.
- Review evidence for completeness and maintain an audit-ready trail of documentation.
- Coordinate communication between customers and external auditors to facilitate audit requests.
- Track open requests and escalate potential roadblocks to project timelines.
- Guide customers through SOC 2 Type I/II and ISO/IEC 27001 examinations.
- Develop and improve audit playbooks and workflows for the Central Audits Team.
