Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as an AI & Data Strategy Leader.
- 4+ years of consulting leadership experience working with external clients.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Expertise in cloud computing, data platform development, and integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and security regulations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional, distributed global teams.
- Experience in technology rationalization and SWOT analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on executive storytelling.
- Industry expertise in sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% per month.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on data and AI strategies to drive business transformation and competitive advantage.
- Design implementation roadmaps and guide organizations through the adoption of platforms, machine learning, and responsible AI.
- Develop and expand the Advisory practice by creating new offerings and cultivating key client relationships.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Technical Architects, and Data Engineers.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and 'art of the possible' sessions for client stakeholders.
- Develop business cases with a clear focus on return on investment and total cost of ownership.
