Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building software with accountability for production code.
- Willingness to perform manual operator tasks (claims, underwriting, revenue-cycle) at the start of engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new business domains rapidly.
- Proven experience shipping production-grade GenAI/LLM systems, not just prototypes.
- Experience building or owning evaluation suites for non-deterministic systems.
- Strong engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Expertise in cloud-native delivery on AWS (containers, Kubernetes/ECS, IaC, CI/CD).
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including CTOs and BU heads.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML foundations and model failure modes.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code/Cowork.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Perform the operator's job for 2-4 weeks to understand constraints and processes from the inside.
- Redesign business functions from first principles alongside a Forward Deployed Executive.
- Ship production GenAI systems including LLM applications, agentic workflows, and data pipelines.
- Build evaluation harnesses prior to feature development to ensure system performance against business KPIs.
- Write full-stack production code in Python and TypeScript, ensuring systems are containerized, observable, and maintainable.
- Contribute field learnings back into company AI Blueprints for future engagements.
- Drive user adoption of deployed systems through active change management.
