Requirements
- Recent hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP in real-world production or client environments.
- Post-secondary or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience working with complex enterprise data.
- Experience with data manipulation tools such as Pandas or Polars, and/or distributed computing frameworks such as Spark.
- Ability to work directly with clients both remotely and onsite.
- Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguous, fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and present clear solution recommendations.
- Deploy, configure, and customize Palantir Foundry and AIP solutions using Python and TypeScript.
- Investigate business and technical challenges, work with complex enterprise data, and develop creative solutions.
- Design and support data pipelines, workflows, and tools to enable better data utilization.
- Train end users on implemented solutions and create documentation to support adoption.
- Contribute to project planning, timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination.
- Work closely with internal and client teams, adapting solutions to different requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, technology adoption, and operational performance.
