Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of software development program or software project management experience.
- Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps frameworks.
- Proficiency in tracking tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background suitability check.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and deployment of updates and enhancements to the critical tracking and reporting web portal.
- Facilitate sprints, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospective reviews for the software development team.
- Identify software-specific project risks, security vulnerabilities, and deployment hurdles, designing swift, effective mitigation plans.
- Align technical roadmaps with CBP/AMO strategic objectives.
- Provide regular updates to the software technical lead and stakeholders.
