Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of program or project management experience.
- Experience in a federal government contracting environment highly preferred.
- Mastery of modern project management systems (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a standard federal background investigation/suitability determination.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface for the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and government stakeholders.
- Ensure contract deliverables exceed quality, timeline, and budgetary standards.
- Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and operational oversight to a multidisciplinary team.
- Monitor compliance with federal standards including Section 508 accessibility and security protocols.
- Coordinate resource allocation, project plans, risk mitigation, and financial modeling.
