Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience managing ERP implementation projects.
- Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution).
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) implementations, upgrades, or migrations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and optimization projects.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, QA teams, and third-party vendors.
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and executive communications.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and solution design discussions.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, change management, and quality standards.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
