Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business or process analysis.
- At least 2 years of focused experience in healthcare claims operations.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Process Mining or Task Mining (or Celonis, Minit, Fluxicon Disco).
- Deep understanding of healthcare claims lifecycle: EDI 837/835, eligibility, prior auth, adjudication, denial management, remittance, and appeals.
- Experience with claims platforms such as Epic (Resolute HB/PB), Facets, TriZetto, Availity, or Change Healthcare.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and event log analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build ROI models.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements and PHI handling standards.
- Experience with the RPA automation development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure UiPath Process Mining to reconstruct end-to-end claims process flows.
- Utilize Task Mining to capture desktop-level user interactions and generate objective process documentation.
- Analyze complex claims workflows to identify bottlenecks, rework loops, and compliance deviations.
- Build ROI models to quantify cycle time, volume, and manual effort across claims lifecycles.
- Translate process insights into Process Definition Documents (PDDs) for RPA developers.
- Facilitate workshops with SMEs and stakeholders to validate findings and co-design future-state workflows.
- Monitor process health through dashboards and conformance checking models.
