Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of advanced experience in paid search/SEM.
- Expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Display/YouTube.
- Experience with Microsoft (Bing) Ads as a secondary search engine.
- Hands-on experience buying on contextual networks.
- Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably while navigating complex auction dynamics.
- Mastery of performance analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Demonstrated creativity in developing ad concepts and testing strategies.
- Deep expertise in keyword research, match types, SKAG/STAG strategy, and Quality Score management.
- Experience with audience targeting and Smart Bidding strategies (tCPA/tROAS).
- Track record of growing account spend to budget and margin targets while maintaining lead quality.
Responsibilities
- Grow and manage substantial advertising budgets across Google Ads and contextual networks to meet company performance goals.
- Strategize and lead large-scale Google Ads lead generation campaigns including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Display/YouTube.
- Drive account expansion through keyword targeting, search-term mining, and audience optimization.
- Leverage advanced analytics to uncover actionable insights and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing responsive search ads and video creative.
- Conduct detailed keyword and audience research to refine targeting precision and identify new growth opportunities.
- Test and implement new Google Ads features and contextual-network tools to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Analyze and communicate performance insights to leadership and stakeholders.
