Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Marketing, or a similar field.
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, IT, business systems development, or product management.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and JSON.
- Experience with Snowflake, Salsify, or similar PIM systems.
- Experience independently extracting, cleaning, transforming, and validating large complex datasets (100k+ rows).
- Expertise in automation tools and Generative AI for data transformation.
- Strong root-cause identification and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent coaching skills and a desire to supervise and develop a team.
- Demonstrated acumen in communicating complex information to stakeholders.
- A process-improvement mindset with a focus on data democratization.
Responsibilities
- Own the delivery of high-quality Product Master Data and ensure alignment with data quality standards.
- Lead daily data operations including collection, cleansing, enrichment, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Set team priorities, allocate work, monitor delivery risks, and coach team members.
- Analyze complex data issues, identify root causes, and implement scalable solutions.
- Redesign and upgrade data delivery processes to improve operational consistency.
- Collaborate with business partners and IT to resolve system issues and recommend enhancements.
- Utilize automation tools and Generative AI to manage ETL processes for large datasets.
- Drive annual realignment of product hierarchies for business reporting.
