- Willingness to travel to consult with franchisees.
Responsibilities
- Achieve operations and business performance goals for an assigned portfolio of franchisees.
- Facilitate annual planning and business review processes to align on performance goals.
- Analyze data and metrics to guide franchisee actions and provide coaching recommendations.
- Support franchisees through restaurant remodeling and new construction milestones.
- Facilitate communications between franchisees and cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing teams on operations initiatives and promotion rollouts.
- Perform restaurant evaluations as needed based on performance reviews.
