Requirements

- Experience with listings and citation platforms such as Google, Bing, and Apple Maps
- Working knowledge of SEO and its relationship with local listings
- Understanding of social and reputation management and their connection to SEO
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to coach and influence others to drive consistency and best practices
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize business listings across major platforms including Google Business Profile, Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp, and Yahoo
- Identify and resolve listing inconsistencies to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Establish and maintain a source of truth for NAPW (Name, Address, Phone, Website) data
- Partner with technology vendors to define and improve processes and best practices
- Troubleshoot and support dealership teams with listing-related requests
- Enable new features and capabilities such as messaging and integrations
- Ensure proper tracking and attribution through UTM usage and analytics connections (GSC, GA)
- Manage tracking phone lines and ensure consistency across directories
- Maintain category alignment across Sales, Service, Parts, and Body Shop departments
- Verify and monitor business entities for accuracy across new and existing locations
