Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development across build, deployment, and support.
- Strong foundation in object-oriented design principles.
- Ability to work with technical design documentation.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle).
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitHub Enterprise.
- Comfortable working across custom applications and vendor-supported SaaS environments.
- Experience with SharePoint development and maintenance is preferred.
- Exposure to ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is an asset.
- Exposure to Power BI is an asset.
- Exposure to emerging AI development paradigms such as agentic development is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own Tier 2 fixes end-to-end by investigating issues, reproducing defects in lower environments, and implementing and validating solutions.
- Develop production-ready solutions using secure SDLC practices and clean, maintainable code.
- Support release and maintenance activities, including patches, enhancements, and post-deployment validation.
- Build and maintain integrations and APIs across systems within the application ecosystem.
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online or on-premises solutions.
- Collaborate with BA and QA teams to clarify requirements, refine acceptance criteria, and resolve defects during testing.
- Improve system monitoring, logging, and documentation to reduce repeat incidents.
- Utilize ITSM tools to track, update, and resolve incidents and change requests.
