Requirements
- Strong professional experience developing production systems with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Strong knowledge of C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server, including database design and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience designing and integrating SOAP and RESTful services.
- Proficiency in XML serialization and deserialization.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and maintainable application architecture.
- Advanced English proficiency for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Strong ownership and proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for multicultural environments.
- Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced delivery environments.
- Experience with Azure is a plus.
- Familiarity with specification-driven development and agentic approaches is desirable.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
- Implement, evolve, and maintain SOAP and REST APIs following development best practices.
- Ensure service reliability through unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
- Design and support integrations between systems using appropriate software architecture patterns.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain consistent development standards.
- Mentor and support junior developers to share technical knowledge.
- Contribute to CI/CD workflows to improve delivery efficiency, automation, and quality.
