SalaryThe base pay for this role in New Jersey and New York is: $96,876 - $127,149 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $87,188- $114,434 per year.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare client management, healthcare consulting, provider healthcare contracting, healthcare operations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience supporting provider network strategy development and negotiating provider contracts.
- 1+ years of experience running financial analyses on markets or product lines.
- 1+ years of experience navigating and organizing large data sets such as claim files and provider rosters.
- Ability to perform frequent local travel for client meetings.
- Capability to balance remote work from a home office with field-based responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Implement Value Based Contracting strategies to align with network adequacy, development, and cost management objectives.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with assigned healthcare providers while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a small team of contracting specialists and analysts.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews and financial analyses of provider contracts to identify improvement opportunities.
- Utilize data analytics on provider financial performance and competitor strategies to inform negotiations.
- Monitor assigned networks for compliance and develop corrective action plans to remediate deficiencies.
- Collaborate with provider services teams on network education, servicing, and communication.
