- Sound judgment when identifying risks, blockers, or issues requiring escalation.
- Experience using spreadsheets, databases, project-management tools, or ticketing systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit game and marketing assets for licensor approval.
- Maintain submission trackers and approval records to monitor review status.
- Translate licensor feedback into clear, actionable next steps for internal teams.
- Coordinate revisions and confirm that requested changes are complete.
- Provide clear status updates to internal stakeholders and external licensors.
- Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and missing information to keep approvals on schedule.
- Improve submission standards, templates, and documentation processes.
