Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital adoption, learning technology, instructional design, performance consulting, business analysis, software implementation, or similar positions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, User Experience Design, Journalism, or a similar field.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting needs analysis and translating business workflows into WalkMe solution designs.
  • Proven experience building, testing, deploying, and maintaining WalkMe solutions using the full suite of apps.
  • Experience creating project workflows, governance models, standards, and templates for DAP.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, change management, performance support, and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills with a commitment to quality assurance.
  • Ability to work independently in an emerging capability area.
  • WalkMe certification in Builder, Project Lead, or Program Manager roles is a plus.
  • Experience supporting WalkMe for Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the WalkMe Workday implementation project.
  • Coordinate with external partners and internal subject-matter experts to define requirements and build solutions.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and communications.
  • Define and document a scalable end-to-end DAP lifecycle, including intake, design, testing, and deployment.
  • Establish standards, templates, and governance models for DAP solutions.
  • Lead intake and scoping activities to translate business problems into user-centered solution designs.
  • Configure and troubleshoot WalkMe solutions using features like smart walkthroughs and contextual guidance.
  • Monitor engagement and task completion using WalkMe Insights to drive continuous optimization.
