Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of Sales and Service experience
- Demonstrated ability to work within multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to accurately enter data while communicating and resolving basic technical issues
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- High-speed internet connection (50mbps upload/download, wired connection)
- Dedicated home office space free from background noise and distractions
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience working in a remote environment is preferred
- Experience with online or virtual training is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with booking vacation packages, including lodging accommodations and mountain products
- Provide clear, accurate and timely information regarding resort offerings, pricing, availability and policies
- Deliver personalized recommendations to enhance the guest booking experience
- Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all bookings
- Document all guest interactions accurately within internal systems
- Collaborate with guests and colleagues in multiple time zones
