Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required (college degree preferred).
- Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Spanish fluency required for bilingual queue (assessment provided).
- Strong computer, phone, typing, grammar, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent customer service, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to balance efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with positive communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions.
- Sufficient internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business by interfacing with potential customers over the phone to sell, upsell, and promote insurance services.
- Process new business from quote to policy issuance.
- Review potential business to determine eligibility and approve coverage.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships to facilitate future selling opportunities.
- Achieve production sales goals in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
