Requirements
- Significant senior property leadership experience within a multi-site business.
- Proven track record delivering major capital projects and development programmes.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Strong procurement, supplier management and contract negotiation experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and Executive teams.
- Experience working first hand in a construction environment both on site and in management capacity.
- Relevant professional qualification in Property, Construction, Surveying or Facilities Management (Desirable).
- Experience within live entertainment, venues, hospitality or leisure (Desirable).
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and manage the Property Team.
- Lead the delivery of all major capital projects, refurbishments and property initiatives.
- Lead the property workstream for new venue developments, acquisitions and strategic expansion opportunities.
- Develop robust business cases and investment appraisals.
- Act as the primary conduit between the Property Team and Executive Leadership Team.
- Ensure effective management of health & safety, fire, environmental and property-related risks.
