Requirements
- Significant experience leading delivery functions, portfolios, or complex programmes within a consultancy, professional services, or transformation environment.
- Proven track record of designing and improving delivery operating models, governance frameworks, or delivery management approaches.
- Strong understanding of programme and project delivery across complex change and technology initiatives.
- Experience providing executive-level oversight of delivery performance, risk, and client outcomes.
- Commercially astute, with an ability to balance client value, delivery quality, and business performance.
- Strong leadership experience, including developing senior delivery professionals and building high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at senior and executive levels.
- Experience driving organisational improvement and embedding consistent ways of working at scale.
- An interest in, and understanding of, how AI can be applied to improve delivery effectiveness and business performance.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insight.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and intervention on complex or high-profile engagements.
- Contribute as a senior leader to the strategic direction and growth of the business.
- Define and evolve the delivery operating model to ensure consistent and scalable delivery.
- Lead the governance, reporting, and assurance approach for performance and risk visibility.
- Develop and embed delivery standards, methods, and best practices across the business.
- Drive the adoption of AI-enabled delivery approaches to enhance productivity and quality.
- Lead, coach, and develop senior delivery leaders.
