- Core understanding of Data Agents and Agentic Data Management.
- Subject matter expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) strategy.
- Understanding of the MDM market, including key players, required capabilities, and market evolution.
- Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Professional Qualification, or 12+ years direct experience in Data and Analytics.
- Proven ability to demonstrate executive presence and establish credibility with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellence in research, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural team.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative and highly leveraged research content to guide industry leaders.
- Develop new research ideas and actionable approaches to address complex client needs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify root causes of client barriers and drive strategic solutions.
- Research, analyze, and predict market trends to provide actionable insights for clients and vendors.
- Deliver high-value presentations at Gartner events, industry conferences, and client briefings.
- Provide sales support by serving as a market voice to drive engagement and business growth.
- Perform peer reviews of research content to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to foster professional growth.
