Responsibilities
- Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
- Connect with individuals and families interested in learning about available benefits
- Listen to client questions, concerns, and priorities
- Answer questions regarding benefits and coverage options
- Conduct virtual benefit consultations
- Assist with applications and enrollment
- Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
