Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals who have requested information about benefits.
- Conduct virtual meetings via Zoom and phone to listen to client needs.
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
- Guide eligible clients through application and enrollment processes.
- Perform policy reviews, assist with beneficiary updates, and respond to coverage questions.
- Maintain accurate digital records and manage personal appointment schedules.
